2018 Federal Tax Plan

City of Pittsburgh Transfer Tax Increase

Selling your home in the Winter

​With frigid temperatures, it is highly advisable to have a plumber winterize your vacant property.   It is also advisable to hire a professional to keep the sidewalks clear of snow and ice.   Additionally, we suggest having exterior lights on at night and making sure that all of the interior light bulbs are up to date so that the house is as light and bright as possible for evening showings.
